The extraction from Bidens pilosa L significantly decreased serum ALT,AST and liver MDA content,and elevated activity of GSH-Px induced by CCl_4. Conclusion The extraction from Bidens pilosa L.shows preventive effect on liver injury induced by CCl_4.

• 鬼针草提取物能明显降低动物模型的血清ALT、AST和肝匀浆MDA含量,提高肝脏GSH-Px活性。 结论鬼针草提取物对化学性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用,且与药物剂量有关。
