The experimental results show that die pressure of PA6 and PA6/HDPE blends is reduced remarkably in the presence of ultrasonic wave during extrusion, but the melt temperature and mass flow rate of PA6/HDPE get increased.

• 在PA6/HDPE体系的超声挤出过程中，超声辐照所提供的能量场作用、高频剪切振动会导致共混物熔体口模温度升高、口模压力降低、挤出产量提高，因此，超声辐照能有效改善共混体系的加工性能。
