The experiment was carried out under analogue drought condition, and some physiological indexes of Caucasian clover and white clover during seedling period under different drought stress conditions were determined.

• 试验在模拟干旱的条件下 ,测定了幼苗期高加索三叶草和白三叶在干旱胁迫下的抗旱生理指标 ,通过观测在干旱条件下的存活时间、叶片细胞质膜透性、游离脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性等生理指标的变化 ,并与同期正常浇水组相比较。
