The experiment results indicated that 1,000mg/1 1-4- oxalysine OL, 2mM S-amineothy 1-L-cysteine hydrochloride (AEC), 2mM lysine plus 1mM threonine (lys + thr)or 10mM tryptophan could be an appropriate medium for selection of aminoacid-resistant mutants.
