The enterprise has obtained an ascertainment certificate of employment of the aforesaid ex-servicemen by a newly-established service enterprise or commercial retail enterprise;

• （三）取得民政部门核发的新办服务型企业或新办商业零售企业安置自谋职业城镇退役士兵认定证明。
