The effects were evaluated clinicaly.Results:In all the 4 cases,palatal defects resulted from maxillectomy were optimally reconstructed with non-vascularized iliac graft and radial forearm flap.

• 结果：4例患者的游离髂骨及前臂皮瓣均成活，经术后半年随访，移植之髂骨及前臂皮瓣生长良好。
