The effect of concentrated H. pylori culture supernatant (CHCS) on unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS) in human gastric mucosal cells was studied.

• 本实验以布氏肉汤旋转培养法制备幽门螺杆菌提取液，观察其对胃粘膜细胞非程序DNA合成的影响。 结果表明幽门螺杆菌提取液可诱导胃粘膜细胞的UDS。
