The clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment were reviewed.Results 18 cases were benign space-occupying lesions of the testis of which 10 were epidermoid cysts and 3 adenomatoid tumors.

• 结果77例中良性占位病变18例（23%25），其中13例行睾丸肿物切除术，5例行睾丸切除术，术后随访未发现复发或转移。
