The buyer shall establish the covering L/C before the above stipulated time, failing which the seller reserves the right to rescind without further notice, to lodge a claim for direct losses sustained by the seller.

• 买方应在上述规定时间内开立相关信用证，如不开证卖方则保留不予通知而撤消合约，或对因此遭受的直接损失提出索赔的权利。
