The author used clonidine to detoxify 30 dihydroetorphine(DHE) addicts. The results showed that clonidine could control greater part of abstinence syndromes of DHE addicts. But it was less effective in controlling insomnia, craving andanxiety.

• 对30例二氢埃托啡（dihydroetorphine，DHE）成瘾者使用可乐定脱毒治疗，结果表明可乐定能够迅速控制DHE成瘾者的大部分戒断症状，但对失眠、渴求、焦躁不安、骨肌肉疼痛控制较差。
