The animals were sacrificed at 24. 48. 72hour under sterile circumstance. The blood samples were collected for analysis of serum amylase(AMY). phospholipase A2 (PLA2).

• 三组动物分别于术后24、48、72小时无菌条件下活杀取材，腹主动脉取血，送检血淀粉酶(AMY)、磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)、白介素-6(IL-6)。
