The XRD patterns indicated that the TiB2 powder product was a mixture of TiB2 and a little TiO2 and TiN2-SEM of the product illustrated that fine TiB2 powder can obtained by SHS with reduction process in air atmosphere.

• X射线衍射分析表明，实验合成的TiB_2陶瓷粉末产品中主要含TiB_2及少量的TiN和TiO_2。 SEM分析表明，空气气氛中应用SHS还原合成法可得到无团聚、晶粒细小的TiB_2陶瓷粉末。
