The Tiger Leaping Gorge, where located in the between Jade Dragon Mountain which is 5596m where south to the gorge and Haba Mountain which is 5396m where north to the gorge.

• 虎跳峡，南岸是海拔5596米的玉龙雪山，北岸是海拔5396米的哈巴雪山，两岸银峰刺天，刀切斧劈般的绝壁悬崖如鬼斧神工，紧夹奔腾咆哮的江流，最大高差3900米，江流最窄处仅20米左右。
