The Ru(bpy)2+3 were incorporated into SBA-15 by electrostatic effect. The Ru(bpy)2+3 adsorbed on SBA-15 were immobilized on the surface of a glass carbon electrode and their electrogenerated chemiluminescence(ECL) were investigated.
