The Insured shall safeguard the safety of workers and the insured property by observing the relevant rules and regulations on fire-fighting, safety, productive operation and labour protection.

• 第十三条投保方应当遵守国家有关部门制订的关于消防、安全、生产操作和劳动保护等有关规定,维护劳动者和保险财产的安全。
