The ICAM-1 expression did not increase on glomerular vascular endothelial cell in 10 hours hypoxia compared to control group,it increased in 6 hours reoxygenation, and decreased by 40.6% after giving AS-OND.

• 缺氧 10h ,肾小球血管内皮细胞ICAM - 1的表达与对照组无显著性差异 ,再给氧 6hICAM- 1的表达明显高于正常 ,加入AS -ODN后 ,ICAM - 1阳性细胞的百分率下降 40 6%25。
