The HI titer of the recombinant adenovirus rAd-H1-GFP and rAd-H1-N1 immunized group was 1:243 and 1:279 respectively in 6 weeks after innoculation.

• 重组腺病毒rAd-H1-GFP和rAd-H1-N1对仔猪的免疫试验结果表明，免疫后2周能够检测到H1N1亚型SIV的HI抗体，免疫后6周，重组腺病毒rAd-H1-GFP免疫组的HI滴度达1：243，而重组腺病毒rAd-H1-N1免疫组的HI滴度达1：279。
