The 7 sites and the other 4 sites were genotyped in 644 individuals in NDH under cage condition and evaluated associations between each SNP and chicken broodiness traits.

• 除了选取上述7个可能与就巢性有关的位点外还选取了4个与就巢性无关的位点作为标记位点，对644个宁都三黄鸡进行基因型检测以及标记与就巢性的关联分析。
