TfbA gene of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(App) ZY strain was cloned and sequenced. The results showed that TfbA gene of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(App) ZY strain was 1782 bp which encoded a protein of 594 amino acids.
