Taking LMT-5040 laser NC machine tool as the entity model, laser cutting virtual machine was established. Its machining environment was also constructed for virtual manufacturing of laser cutting.

• 以LMT-5040激光数控机床为实体模型，利用VERICUT仿真系统对激光切割虚拟机床进行建模，构建激光切割的虚拟制造加工环境，建立了虚拟激光束“刀具”同激光切口宽度的对应关系，为实现激光加工的虚拟制造搭建接口。
