TPN can improve the nutritional status of the patients, and has an adjuvant effect on the recovery of IgG, IgA, IgM levels, CD2+ , CD4+ cell percentages; and the decrease of CD4+ cell percentage, thus increased the CD4+ /CD4+ ratio.
