TBARS method was used to analyse the level of malanyldiadeyhde (MDA) within cells and xanthine oxidase method was used to analysis the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD).

• 结果:SS-GAG可明显减少MDA的生成,对细胞内的SOD活性有明显增强的作用。
