Synthsis of a new ligand: 2-((2-((Dimethylamino)methyl)phenyl)thio)-5?iodophenylamine(125I-ADAM) as a serotonin imaging agent is reported. The radioiodinated ligand was prepared by iododestannylation reaction using hydrogen peroxide.
