Success was achieved in all of the 13 cases uneventfully. Pathologic study confirmed there were 12 cases of adrenal adenoma (10 primary aldosteronism, 2 adrenocortical adenoma) and 1 case of adrenal cyst.

• 13例手术全部成功 ,术后病理检查证实 :肾上腺皮质腺瘤 12例 (原发性醛固酮增多症 10例、皮质醇腺瘤 2例 ) ,肾上腺囊肿 1例。
