Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group and three LPS plus Saline(LPS+NS),LPS plus dexamethasone(LPS+DEX) or LPS plus Shengqi Fuzheng Injection(LPS+SQ) pre-treated groups at different intervals(lh,2h 4h),6 rats each group.

• 将60只大鼠随机分为10组：正常对照组、内毒素加生理盐水(LPS+NS)1h、2h、4h 3个时相组、内毒素加地塞米松(LPS+DEX)1h、2h、4h 3个时相组和内毒素加参芪扶正注射液(LPS+SQ)1h、2h、4h 3个时相组(每组6只)。
