Results:high sign intensity lesions of optic nerve were shown in 14 patients of optic atrophy except for 3 cases tumor,in 5 cases of ischemic optic neurophathy,lesions of optic nerve were found in 4 patients after one month,1 case not found in 10 dyas.

• 缺血性视神经病变5例中4例发病1月后检查发现视神经信号异常，1例第10天检查未发现异常，同时发现3例有多发脑缺血灶占60%25，2例阴性占40%25。
