Results:Wedging resection of bladder neck rear lip,residual prostatectomy and resection of scar tissue accompanied with incision of bladder neck rear lip were performed in those cases.

• 结果经尿道行膀胱颈后唇、术后残留前列腺组织电切术或用冷刀切开颈部换用电切刀切除瘢痕组织,术后3个月随访32例,症状均改善或消失。
