Results:Rhaponticum uniflorm(L.)DC.extract significantly increased the the activity of SDH in brain tissue,decreased the activity LDH and the content LPF.

• 结果:漏芦乙醇提取物对D-半乳糖所致的衰老小鼠的大脑皮质神经元的SDH活性下降、LDH活性升高及LPF含量增多有明显的抑制作用,对线粒体等细胞器的变性具有改善作用。
