Results:Compared with hydatidiform mole,the ex- pression of EGFR and NM23 in malignant trophoblastic tumors was decreased and not associated with the proliferation of trophoblastic cells.

• NM23表达水平与正常妊娠早期绒毛相近，与滋养细胞增生 程度无关，但在恶性滋养细胞肿瘤中NM23表达水平明显下降，且在肿瘤早期即可出现。
