Results There were no operative mortality,haematemesis and bloody stool.Acsites dispeared and liver function of the remain spleen was ameliorated .

• 结果本组无手术死亡,术后无呕血、便血发生,腹水消退,肝功能明显改善,保留脾脏功能良好。
