Results The patients were male,one of which was multiple primary cancer,another was the primary tumors of front sinus.They were performed surgery through the cephalofacial route.

• 结果均为男性，其中头颈部三重癌1例，原发性额窦癌1例，均广泛侵犯前颅底，采取颅面联合进路广泛切除原发性肿瘤。
