Results 8 cases underwent radical gastrectomy combined with partial resection of pancreas, 5 cases combined with pancreaticoduodenectomy resection.

• 结果8例行根治性胃大部分切除加部分胰腺组织切除,5例行联合胰十二指肠切除,两组病人术后生存率无明显差异,均明显高于姑息手术病人。
