Radical nephrectomy with lymphadenectomy may be the choice of treatment, except in solitary kidney, bilateral tumors or contralateral renal cell carcinoma.

• 治疗原则上必须做根治性的肾切除及主动脉周围淋巴腺廓清术，除非病人只有单一肾脏或合并有对侧肾细胞癌或肾功能不全，才考虑做部份肾切除。
