Pupil distoration occurred obviously in 5 cases (19.23%). among which 2 cases were anterior synechia, 2 cases were severe iridoavulsion cut off, 1 case was broken in a small scope of iris root.

• 5例(19.；23%25)瞳孔变形明显，其中2例轻度虹膜前粘连，2例虹膜撕裂严重剪除，1例虹膜根部小范围断离。
