Postoperative complications included 5 cases of leakage (3 cases of neck leakage,1 case of thoracic leakage and 1 case of mediastinal leakage),1 case of severepulmonary infection,2 cases of arrhythmia and heart failure and 1 case of incision infection.

• 术后吻合口瘘5例(颈瘘3例,胸瘘1例,纵隔瘘1例),严重肺部感染1例,心律失常心衰2例,切口感染1例。
