Pathological exam showed thinking of cyst wall with scattering xanthospots, which consisted of hyperplastic fibroblasts, histiocytes, foam cells, polynuclear cells and cholesterol crystal.

• 病理表现为胆囊壁增厚，胆囊壁切面散在黄色斑块，镜下观察黄色斑块是由增生的纤维母细胞、组织细胞、泡沫细胞、多核巨细胞和胆固醇结晶体。
