Party B will assist Party A to pay management fee, telephone fee, heating fee, maintenance fee and tax fees for the rent etc., All maintenance fees will be paid after submit a report in written in advance and obtain the agreement of Party A.

• 乙方代甲方缴纳各项物业管理费、电话费、能源费、维修费及房租税金等等费用，所有维修费用须预先书面呈报甲方并征得甲方同意才予以支付。
