Party B shall consult with Party A on teaching plans and syllabi, prepare lessons carefully and apply flexible teaching methods. Party A should then strictly adhere to the agreed plans.

• 类受聘人员必须与A类受聘人员商榷教学计划和教学大纲，并能认真备课及灵活的运用到教学法里。A类受聘人员必须严格地遵守已商榷好的计划。
