Overexpression of CT-1 and gp130 may play an important role in CCN remodeling after MI,the mechanisms of valsartan preventing CCN remodeling may be partly through depressing CT-1 and gp130 overexpression,which is worth studying further.

• 大鼠MI后CT-1及gp130 mRNA的过度表达与MI后CCN重塑的发生密切相关; 缬沙坦改善MI后CCN重塑的机制还可能与抑制CT-1及gp130基因的过度表达有关,值得进一步研究。
