Our previous work showed that HTV can lethally infect newborn suckling mice, the viral antigen and RNA can be detected in the cytoplasm of neurons in cerebral cortex and hippocampus, as well as Purkinje cell of cerebella cortex.

• 本实验首先建立了乳小鼠、乳大鼠大脑皮层神经元体外培养的体系,以此作为病毒感染的靶细胞,在体外对HTV在脑皮层神经元中的感染以及病毒感染对神经元的影响进行初步研究。
