On the slices with Cx43 and GFAP double labeled,the Cx43 and GFAP double staining positive astrocytes were observed. The GFAP positive astrocytes increased obviously,and the expression of Cx43 also increased obviously in CBX+PTZ group.

• 在连接蛋白43与胶质纤维酸性蛋白双标的切片上发现,阳性的星形胶质细胞双标,在甘珀酸预处理后的癫痫模型中胶质纤维酸性蛋白阳性的星形胶质细胞显著增加的同时连接蛋白43也明显增加。
