Objective; To investigate the expressions of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-XL,Bcl-2, cytochrome C and the caspase-3 activity in cisplatin-resistance human ovarian cancer cell line COC1/DDP and explore their correlation to the chemoresitance of COG1/DDP.
