Objective:To investigate functional of DNAM 1 antigen in T cell subsets activation process from patients with SLE and determine whether they are correlated with the pathogenesis of SLE.

• 目的 :研究DNAM 1在SLE患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群上的表达 ,以阐明DNAM 1抗原在SLE患者体内活化作用以及与SLE发病的关系。
