Objective:To develop a simple,rapid and accurate method for determination of cadmium in urine directly by GFAAS using suitable matrix modifier.

• 方法:选择几种基体改进剂组合,经石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定找出效果最好的一组,调整基体改进剂的不同成分,找出最佳改进剂。
