Objective:To detect bone sialoprotein expression pattern in different part of vertebrae and iliac bone biopsy in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS) patients and to compare the results with those in congenital scoliosis(CS).

• 目的:检测青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(AIS)患者脊柱不同部位和髂骨松质骨骨唾液酸蛋白(bone sialo-protein,BSP)的表达量,并与先天性脊柱侧凸(CS)患者比较,探讨非胶原结构蛋白与AIS患者骨代谢异常的关系。
