Objective:The effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and open cholecystectomy (OC) on the serum total bile acid (TBA) ,alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and c-reactive protein (CRP) were investigaed.

• 目的 :探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)与开腹胆囊切除术 (OC)两种方法对患者血清总胆汁酸 (TBA)、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)及C反应蛋白 (CRP)的影响 ,以比较两种方法对机体肝脏功能和创面组织损伤的程度。
