Objective: To observe protective effect of dimethyl diphenyl bicarboxylate(DDB) on the liver with acute injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl_4) in rats.

• 目的:通过观察联苯双酯(DDB)对四氯化碳(CC l4)所致大鼠急性肝损伤的防治作用,结合文献复习,对DDB的临床应用价值进行再评价。
