Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in experimental anterior segment ischemia (ASI) in rabbits, in which tenotomy of various recti was performed.

• 目的：探讨通过直肌断腱术(rectus tenotomy)制备兔眼前段缺血(anterior segment ischemia，ASI)模型，观察血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF)在兔眼前段缺血模型中的表达，为治疗ASI提供理论基础。
