Objective: To investigate the effect of latent membrane protein 1 of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV-LMP1 ) on HIV-LTR through the NF-B and role of the expression of suicide gene in cancer therapy.

• 目的:研究EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白1(EBV-LMP1)通过活化NF-kB反式激活HIV-LTR进而启动自杀基困HSV-tk在EBV相关肿瘤治疗中的作用,为进一步开展肿瘤治疗提供科学的实验依据。
