Objective: To detect HBVDNA in the l iver tissues and peripheral blood monocyte of the patients with persistant abnor mal liver function due to undefined reasons.

• 目的:检测不明原因持续肝功能异常患者肝组织和其外周血单核细胞中HBVDNA。方法:采用原位分子杂交技术,分别检测随机选择的40例不明原因持续肝功能异常患者外周血单核细胞和其肝组织中HBVDNA。
